How I Sold Out My First Online Offer for $100K

Hey Reader,

Let me take you back to 2021โ€”a time when I had no fancy tools, no email list, and no real plan. I was just an eager entrepreneur sitting on my couch, trying to figure out how to make my first online offer work.

I decided to keep it simple: a 30-minute coaching call packaged as my first offer. I didn't have a business name, a website, or any of the "must-have" tools that the gurus insisted on. What I did have was determination.

It might sound corny, but it's true.

I hustled hard, using social media and email outreach to get the word out. To my surprise, people actually started signing up! ๐Ÿ‘€ My offer sold out through nothing more than word of mouth and a basic sign-up form I built myself.

The road to $100K โคต๏ธ most definitely looks different than what you're probably imagining.

That initial success gave me the confidence to raise my prices and create a higher-end offerโ€”a 12-week coaching program. I still kept things lean, building my own website, sending emails, and using Google Calendar for scheduling.

Before I knew it, I had hit my first $100K in sales. And guess what? I did it all without any of the expensive funnels or flashy tech that I thought I needed.

๐Ÿ”‘ The Lesson: Start Lean, Validate, and Scale

I share this story because I want you to know that it's possible. You don't need to invest thousands of dollars upfront or have everything perfectly planned out. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Start lean, validate your offer, and scale from there. You might surprise yourself with what you can achieve.

So if you're feeling like you can can't do this, rememberโ€”you'll never know until you try.

If you're you're ready to take the leap and start building your own successful business, I invite you to join the New Founder School Community. Here, you'll get the guidance and support you need to turn your ideas into reality, just like I did.
